I tried it once in JB though, a while back when a regular admin attempted to use it. Worked for me I think, but we need a thorough analysis of its functionality. Although...., honestly, just warning people directly through ALL-Chat or !msay has worked most the time and only a few have needed to be kicked (after warning them of course, not as a first action).
