Gracefail<3
My wireless adapter keeps disconnecting while I'm idling. Anyone have a quick fix for this problema? OS: Vista Business. Adapter: Linksys Rangeplus Wireless USB Adapter MDL# WUSB100. I've set my monitor and my tower to never shut off due to inactivity. What do? General Red
Try in your device manager and make sure it doesnt cut the power off when not in use. Some times the new OS's are to power conservative.... If you cant find it im sure someone can direct u to the right place (i barely used vista...xp/7)
Prospekt
That's odd. I have the same LinkSys brand adapterand I'm also Vista 64. When you say "idling" is it like hibernating or sleep? Is your monitor and cpu keeping power? Nevermind, I just re-read ur post. If ur keeping power I would start with going to ur device manager and making sure ur wireless adapter is set to keep power just like said above.
