Also, are PURE OPINION KILLS (I don't like you cuz your face is ugly) allowed or must they be allowed to play some sort of game to prove themselves? I mean I can see why you can't say "I hate you" and kill someone, but what about my staring contests where I say "Tell me if one of you blinks" then when someone speaks up I kill him for "not liking snitches." lol...
