conan Posted August 7, 2010 Share Posted August 7, 2010 I was playing earlier today and I had the bomb about four times, and everytime I got close to someone with the bomb it would never kill anyone but me; now is there a reason why the bomb has become so weak, or are there bombs that duds, because it is annoying having the bomb, but not bing able to kill anyone with it. I can't really speak for how the bomb was before the update as well i wasn't here for it.. i've also experienced a bug where the bomb will kill surrounding ct's but the one that i tried to blow up on doesn't even get set on fire. ooled Posted August 8, 2010 Share Posted August 8, 2010 one time i used the !pd thingy and got instand death in about the first second of the round. while i was dead it awarded me the bomb in spectate and it still allowed me to blow it up while i was dead. I'm not sure if its that the first bomb works and then all others dont, or if the !pd bomb doesnt work, or if it is just random. I use to play on a server were the bomb would sometimes fail, but it wouldnt kill the T that used it if it failed. GoCrzy Posted August 9, 2010 Share Posted August 9, 2010 I once had a custom LR to test out the bomb, I had all the remaining CTs gather around me to see how many it would take out (this was the regular spawned bomb like a week ago) and they were either stacked on my or in arms length.
