(the demo is names "1") I realize it should be named after him, but I had not yet read the rules for admin abuse)

 

6. Please tell us about the incident:

 

I was with some other players in the yellow warehouse, quietly enjoying our time, without bothering anyone. We had a shop set up, so occasionally someone would come to buy a gun from us. Of course, we would get a thief attempting to brake in some times, so we would kill them without any problem or complaint. Then, we attracted the attention of [HG] Zinthius.

For no rhyme or reason, him, along with some other player shoot the front door in, to his dismay, he notices that there is an elevator door directly behind that one, immediately he calls that door spam...? So, after some more of his arrogance one of my friends who has had enough of his attitude, makes a comment that angers Zinthius, who bans him for 2 hours. Then, Zinthius puts on God Mode and breaks, kills all of us and ruins everything.

This is when the demo starts, he claims that it is not our base anymore because he had just banned my friend who had ownership of the door, and the guy who was following Zinthius buys the door. So this is where the demo comes in, with Zinthius declaring this is no longer our base, and threating all of us to leave.

 

Honestly, this is ridiculous, I should not have to have gone through all of this effort in order to revoke the admin from this corrupt player, Zinthius. I have multiple people who were on during this incident that can testify against Zinthius's power abuse. It is clear from the demo that this was our base originally, and he had just busted in without a reason, giving it to another player, Freedompuppies, as seen in the demo.

 

Again, I am going through the effort to post this in order to remove a corrupt admin from the server, ruining the playing experience for my friends and I, and to prevent further abuse from this admin. I hope you can understand the situation, and if you have any questions, please ask.

You're friend Ben Started calling me the N Word Even after i told him to stop.

I Turned on god mode to not be slaughtered by youy when i was attempting to talk to you. AS I Said, I didn't interfere with Your defense/robbery AFTER Gmode was turned on. Your door spam was you spamming the door over and over again after he had pick'd it. But i didn't ban Ben for that. I banned him for the reason above.

 

EDIT: I Also just see myself trying to deal with the problem, I didn't touch your stuff after i God moded.. so Tell me, In that demo, Where is: My Gun? And Where are these

Then, Zinthius puts on God Mode and breaks, kills all of us and ruins everything.
I'm sure the logs can be checked and it will be found that, I ddin't kill anyone after i had godmode on :o Edited by Zinthius

Zin, you do abuse sometimes I do admit that. I was there when that happend. When he kicked the guy who owned the yellow werehouse, Zin went and bought the werehouse and the previous co-owner tried to explain to zin that he co-owned the werehouse before the original owner left he just ignored him. Now Zin's abusing isnt enough to get his admin removed but he does need someone to talk to him. Sorry zin but it's true. <3?

They weren't Random bans, I didn't know i needed to Demo voice chat to ban for disrespect? Both of these people continued on calling me a fa**** and such. If you notice, the..2? People that i banned in those Logs stopped talking way before i banned them. They were using voice chat as for Bletch, he was running around as guard acting like a cop, and when i asked him to stop numerous times he would just yell at me some more. I was already having problems with "thats what i call badass" or however it's spelled, that's why i gave him 20 minutes.

 

I was robbing Skanky and he continued to come back and shoot me, I gave him 4 warnings before he called me a stupid NI____ and then i banned him. Did i need to demo him to ban him for 120?

No, he only asked you one question. "When was the last time you saw a pussy?" which was followed by a 2 hour ban. He never called you a n____. That was a different player as it can be seen in the logs.

My friend never called you that, you are now blatantly making up information to save your ass.

 

 

I don't recall us talking about the 2 bans in the logs either. I recall us talking about a demo that shows me Kicking someone who refused to delete props in someone elses house. But hey.

 

I know there is a rule about this on the server rules... something about not buying the doors from players who are already in a base before they have the chance to. After you banned the player who owned the doors, we all lost ownership so another player bought them and you supported the other player, because you two were with each other. Then you accused us of "intruding" despite the fact that we clearly had already set up camp inside the warehouse before any of you were there.

 

Essentially it comes down to...

 

Zinthius bans owner of the doors, comes in with his posse - kills my friends and I with God mode on, then declares we must leave because another players owns this base.

-to add to this, I know we had to of killed him, because there was about 4-5 of us protecting the base with multiple people trying to break in, but they came back after being killed despite that. It is impossible for him to have lived without God mode.

 

This occurred before the demo, with the demo coming in while he is telling us to get out or be banned.

Sounds almost hypocritical? AND, Someone had owned the house after the owner was removed from the game for his actions. I TOLD You i would give you guys a few minutes to remove your stuff, And you killed me, So i simply put godmode on and attempted to explain the situation. I do like how you changed your story around though, That i banned ben for admin disrespect instead of door spamming. It almost appears, That,
