6. Hey it's Rebel JoE, I was banned and I wanted to appeal my ban. I was banned for mic spamming but the truth is, I never did mic spam. The only time I used my mic was when the leader of the round (in Jailbreak) was not talking or died.

 

I was banned for mic spamming, which honestly I never did, JJK never told me when I mic spammed. I do agree I was aggressive when using the mic but only when a CT lead was dead or no one was talking

 

I was also banned for admin disrespect and sexism. I was apparently disrespecting admins and being sexist. Which after talking to DizyVipr, she said I never did disrespect her nor was I sexist to her. (I am a male)

 

 

 

EDIT: I was also kicked three times. The First time because he warned me for mic spam, which after that I never did mic spam. But I came back as the round started and told JJK "lol jjk made it back before round" or something like that and he kicked me two more times. Which I thought was unnecessary.

You were kicked for mic spamming. You were banned for raging at admins not banning people, then you admit you were unaware that admins can't just act on words - they have to have proof or see it themselves.

 

You kept disputing how you dislike the admin rules, after you were already told to bring it to forums..

 

That conversation and your chat spamming can be seen in your chat logs.

 

Being rude to me on ventrilo is not a good start.

In order for admins to act on a wrong do-er ..we MUST have proof

 

ie: demo, screen shot, chatlogs ..

 

If we go by what people say ..then it is "hear-say" as in the court system ..now I know this is nothing like court ..but we need proof in order to ban someone ..

 

 

AND admin is paid for ..it is NOT a job ..the admins DON'T have to do anything in the server if they do not want to ..it is always wonderful when they do ..if you want things to change ..then pay 15$ like everyone else and get admin ..
