Little catwalk area above race area that really confuzzles me

So I'm sure all of you reading this have played jailbreak and while playing for a while now I've noticed an area up above the race stalls that has some red lights on it and is surrounded by glass, it also has some guns and such in it and some tv screens.

 

What this thread is about would be I was wondering like, what it was, why no one is ever in it, if it is even possible to access and if so how do you get into it because this area really confuses me :cry: ok that's basically it please feel free to post here about it

 

 

and if a thread like this already exists or talk like this isn't allowed because I'm still familiarizing myself with everything on these boards please feel free to take the appropriate actions

you have to no-clip to get into it. and only root admins are really supposed to use noclip

It's called the Admin room, Noclip is a cheat that allows you to fly through and to anything and your also invincible. As Mccaincracker said, it's for admins only. It's the same as the room that's hidden right next to race stalls.
