Info: Address;voice.hellsgamers.com:9415 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Downloading. Alright, to download teamspeak, your going to want to go to TeamSpeak Downloads Page and choose your operating system, and use the mirror gamed.de, it's alot faster. Then you would want to read the ToS, or just scroll through it and press "I agree" A download window should pop up, I'm using Chrome, so this is what mine looks like. Then from there, read and press "Next" Read up on the ToS again, or just scroll through, and press "I agree" Choose whether you want it installed on your profile, or your whole computer, and press "Next" Choose which file you want it to be installed to. E.X. C:/Program Files/Teamspeak or what ever you would like. Choose your configuration location, and press "Next" What you want for your Start Menu, choose and press "Next" It will then install, and when it says "Complete" press "Close" And last, run through your setup. Now your done Installing! So, let's get in and start chatting. Connecting to the Server Alright, so double click on your teamspeak 3 Icon, and go up to connect. Put in your address, port, and your nickname. Address: voice.hellsgamers.com Port: 9415 And now you connected to TeamSpeak!!!! Now, when you look around, you'l notice that little log at the bottom. This show's you when people connect/disconnect, leave/join the channel. Another thing that'l you notice is a chat box for "Public Lobby". This is a channel wide chat box, so if someone is in another channel, they cannot see what you're typing. Options When someone joins the channel, a voice will say that "user joins your channel" or "User left your channel" or "User disconnected from your channel". It's going to get very annoying, so here's how to turn it off. Go to settings>Options. Click on "Notification". Go to the "Sound Pack" drop menu. And choose "Sounds Deactivated" . ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Do you hold down your mic key, but don't hear that sound you get when your mic queues, well look no further! Start by going to Setting>Options but then go to "Playback" Then check the box that says "Own client plays mic clicks" Press "Apply" and your problems solved! Ranking You'l see that some people have a badge that has a "V" or "M", and if your a member, veteran, or recruit, and you don't have that little badge, just ask a staff/council member and they will make you your proper rank. Minimizing Alot of you have been asking questions about when you minimize, the teamspeak "disappears" when it actually goes onto your tray, or task bar. If you have Windows 7, when you minimize TS, it goes into your tray. With windows XP or Windows Vista, it will go into your taskbar. Yes, Teamspeak 2 has always sucked compared to Ventrilo, but Teamspeak 3 is way better than Ventrilo, you need give it a try, everyone had their doubts and love it already.
