I NEVER intended on trolling, and ALL of you are just ganging up on me. There is absolutely NO shred of evidence to prove that the word nigjer = the n word. Thus, the ban is FALSE and I will continue to appeal the ban until someone with logic responds with an INTELLIGENT post rather than "you're a troll." NONE of you have been able to provide sufficient evidence to show how nigjer is a racist term. I am NOT trolling, I AM apologetic. At the end of my last post I said THIS: I can understand how one might think I was being racist, but again, the simple fact is that nigjer is not a racist word. So please, unban me and I won't come close to saying anything like that again. This will be the last time you ever see anyone report me for anything, if I screw up again, permanently ban me. I'm sincerely apologetic that I might have caused anyone trouble, but my intentions are pure and I did not say a racist word. So, in-case you can't read, I did say I'm sorry. I said this won't happen again and it's the last time you'll hear from me. The worse part is, I didn't even get a chance to reply in my own thread. That isn't fair the least bit, this isn't justice, you're all biased and ganging up on me! I DEMAND A FAIR APPEAL, if not than you're all a bunch of hypocrites. Someone said I'm purposely "pushing the limits," you think I would pay $15 to get banned? That doesn't make any sense. I'll tell you something, if I'm NOT unbanned I'll be calling my bank and getting my $15 back, that's forsure. I'm not going to support a community that is biased and wont even allow one to have a fair appeal. In conclusion, I am regretful for saying that, but at the time I didn't think it would cause so much trouble. At the same time, most of you are being irrational by not actually typing a defense. I apologize, but you should see it from my point of view that you're all being very biased and haven't provided any evidence. I'm sorry again, but I want a FAIR chance to appeal, and I want you guys to post LOGICAL reasons why I can't be unbanned, other than nonsense. Of course many might interpret nigjer as a racist term, but the FACT is that it's not even a word. It doesn't matter if some interpret it as that, because it's NOT A REAL word. I was saying it because I meant "digging up gold" not a racist term. So the ban is unreasonable cause nigjer isn't a real word and you guys are the ones who are interpreting it as a racist term, thats just YOU! That doesn't make it truth, your interpretation doesn't DEFINE what nigjer is!!!!!!!!!! It's a fake word and I cant seriously be banned for saying it! You are not getting unbanned at this time and if you wish to pursue this issue further you may PM a council member. If you make another thread, you will be banned from the forums. The burden of proof doesn't exist because we're not saying that it does. It has nothing to do with it. It has to do with the fact that 1. You've been known to use puns that are extremely inappropriate and you neglect to acknowledge the problems they cause. 2. You've apologised for the usage but the problems continue to be reported, you apologise and state that it won't happen again. This is clearly inconsistent with the statement you made. 3.
