Some people use the command to avoid being killed, to earn more points. Not fair for people who play hard and legit to join in TOP20. Ex: Time between !swapteam 1 second Time between !swapteam 2 seconds and 1 second Problably using a little bind <key> say... That's it, only a timer. That's not a problem, because swapping teams kills you and you'll respawn in your new team's spawn area. It's not like you can *poof* become a CT in the middle of the T house and start shooting.
