6. Please tell us about the incident: I don't care what happens to him, and honestly this abuse report can be completely avoided. He kicked me for going "Lblblb" 4 times, only warned me once and never muted me. Then he proceeded to yell at me in teamspeak as i was just making a suggestion as a fellow admin, he dropped it and when i went "Faithless is raging freeday" he banned me from the jailbreak then in teamspeak he said "Make a unban report on the forums, your out of here.

 

Sorry for putting the 2 forms together, i don't want to just make my post count higher by doing this, and it saved some time.

So let me get this straight, I warned you, you continued to spam and I kicked you, and then you came back and said "faithless is raging freeday", got banned, and that's abuse?

 

I believe that follows the warn, kick, ban policy.

 

Perhaps if you listened to me the first time and stopped spamming none of this would've happened in the first place. Instead of apologizing you decided to continue to argue with me in teamspeak when you were clearly in the wrong.

Now your talking about a different thing. the spamming would have been: warn,mute,kick,ban. you missed the mute, but it's not my server. nor is it my clan. let jjk or staff talk about it. it's not my place to get involved. i follow my own versions of the policy, which give more "warnings" than what the warn kick ban policy does.

The policy has always been warn, kick, ban. How about you just follow the server rules and shit like this won't happen anymore.

 

Also, you obviously don't have a policy about giving more warnings than our policy, because I had to tell you earlier to follow our policy because you banned a guy without giving him a single warning.
