Cancel my admin subscription..

I read:

and then it directs me towards:

http://www.hellsgamers.com/admins/clientarea.php?action=products

 

and it asks me to login which i can't. I tried to request a password reset but it says my mother's maiden name is wrong so wtf.. how about we skip the jump around the whole problem and if someone with high power can cancel it for me? (though it says you can't, it'll be much appreciated).

 

I didnt pay with paypal and if you need a confirmation that this is me and i certainly want a cancellation of my admin subscription just tell me and i'll be glad to send whatever is needed.

 

OR

 

If someone can help me go around the "maiden name" problem or make logging in simple and much easier, that'll be much appreciated also.

1. https://www.hellsgamers.com/admin

2. Select "Portal Home" from the lefthand menu

3. Go to "Client Area" (it's a button)

4. and you can do what you need to do from here

 

To cancel a subscription: follow this knowledge base article but log in prior like above:

Yeah, i followed it until the login page. I can't login and it says my secret question is wrong when i try to change the password.. any suggestions?
