Guest STEVE Posted August 25, 2011 Share Posted August 25, 2011 TL;DR Are T's allowed to jump OUT OF their cells when given orders to walk/crouch/crouchwalk to a certain location? When I first started playing JB 2 years ago and before all these motd rule changes, it was common knowledge that a T may run and jump out of their cells no matter what. It seems that it's not mentioned anymore in the motd or on the forums anywhere. Some people still respect the rule and others don't know about it. Examples: "All t's crouchwalk to bottom of cell stairs" While INSIDE my cell, I should be allowed to run and jump OUT OF IT, land outside, and begin to crouchwalk to the bottom of cell stairs. ---- "All t's crouch to bottom of cell stairs no jumping" While INSIDE my cell, I should be allowed to run to the edge of my cell and THEN begin crouching to the destination. lolitsjack Posted August 30, 2011 Share Posted August 30, 2011 Usually when a crouch order is given I just spam W first, to get moving, and then hit crouch. I have never been killed doing this. I run for about 1 to 2 seconds before I am crouching. And that is all the time it takes to get from your back bunk to your cell door. If you decide to do a running jump outside of your cell when he said crouching, you may die, and it would probably NOT be marked as an fk. If he said crouching walking, or no jumping, you will probably be killed, and it is not a free kill IMO. Flying threw the air at a fast speed when he said "crouch walking" and/or "no jumping" .... I will shoot you. I always run to my cell door, stop, and then do the order. Out of the 200 or so times I have done this, I was killed only one time, and it was by a noob.
