I swear to God if I have to talk to another outsourced tech support person that doesn't know what the hell they are talking about or anything about my account I'm gonna lose my damn mind! If I hear, "this sounds like a browser optimization issue" or "have you tried resetting the modem?" one more time I'm going to buy a plane ticket to India and go on a spree of some sorts. On top of that, they schedule a tech to come out in the morning and he shows up at 3pm in the fucking afternoon. He tells me what I already knew, "the line looks fine, it's probably a network issue." Call up Customer Support, and when you get the India Callcenter, demand to be sent to Level 2 Tech support or you will leave for the competition. Should be transferred PDQ. Should be transferred PDQ. ^^This Also, send a letter to the CEO of Centrylink saying that you'll leave them for to the competition PERMANENTLY.
