For Example - BattleField 3 Servers are hosted by EA so that all the players get the same connection. Resulting In an even playing field. Unlike CoD - Which Has Player Hosts, which means a specific player in the match hosts the game, making people use the hosts internet to play, which gives people in other countries lag.
