But later on u can another 580 when their prices go down 580 SLI =] u need to cards to b on pair with one. Not to mention most games out there work horrible with SLI and Crossfire. I don't understand the obsession with "maxing" out a game on a budget, but either way, if your CPU is fast and you got plenty of memory, it will run good with either card. Here's a chart with new cards showing performance on BF2, probably not a bad idea to judge performance based on this. You have a gift chavez or google.... but still. Based on the ones you said in the title/first post, I'd go 570 if you have the money for it, and your PSU can handle it. You're going to need either two 6 pin connectors, or an 8 pin connector and a 6 pin to run it. Most PSU's have this as long as you didn't get it 7+ years ago. Wanna make sure before I get it. The PSU is plenty, but the motherboard's 2nd PCI slot is a 4x slot. Also it's not SLI or Crossfire "certified" I assume that yes, it will work, but you're shooting yourself in the foot with a 4x slot, 8x wouldn't be a problem, but 4x is. Wabbit Posted September 28, 2011 Share Posted September 28, 2011 the I7 AND i5 are similar, the only difference is the i7 has Intel Hyper-Threading Technology, The i5 doesn't, but for Gaming the I5 2500k is on pair with the i7 2600k and yes is gonna cost u $ 975 to get the last combo with a 570, with windows 7 is gonna cost u same price that u were gonna pay for the cyber power one, but again, even if u have to spend $50 more for the last combo i gave u, u r getting 3 times more computer than the cyber power one. and yes 650 w for 570 sli is not gonna cut it, u need at last 850w but u can replace it later on, r u gonna get the second 570 right away? Don't buy a pre-made kit or bundle, make "your own kit" custom yourself using better known brands, reviews, and overall performance. Do you have a specific budget? I'll throw the best computer for the price in a wishlist on newegg for ya, then have everyone put in some input on the build and mention anything the think should be changed, and what it should be changed to.
