Linoleum Knive
I was going to support my ISP, but it seems they have throttled my speed for the same price. 15 mbps DL speed for almost $50 a month? Thats bullshit.

Cal45
I have Qwest (Now Centurylink) and I gotta say the customer service is superb. They offer up to a 40dwn/40up connection which is blazing. About a month ago, I was experiencing some problems with intermittent connectivity for about a whole week and got quite pissed at the technical support because it was something I would have to deal with for hours after coming home for work almost daily. When I finally got it resolved, I talked to customer care, and they gave me half off of my internet bill for an entire YEAR and a credit for the time that my internet was unusable. I was very surprised with that.
Bob the Android Penguin
Comcast in my area is decent. Speeds are good 20-24mpbs down and 4mpbs up. Customer service is garbage, but the only alternative is AT&T with their WEP protected wireless routers...... I'll stick with crapcast until Charter expands to my area.
