[unbanned] Perma ban from all servers for name change?

Ok so i was recently (according to Float) perma banned from hgjb, the only thing i did at the time was change my name to "hunter freekilled" due to a freekill of course, but that's not important. Anyways next thing i know I'm face to face with the "you have been banned" popup. It Didn't state who did it, or what it was for. Now after that I just decided to call it a night on jb just to see if a report would be made. That is until i found out i was banned from every hg server. So in the end I'd just like to know why i was banned so i can apologize for my infraction, or if banned by accident, get everything worked out.
