SKay : Added the Drug Runner NPC and the "Drug Running" side mission. This was discussed in the GMOD church yesterday and I worked on it all day today. I'm happy with its outcome and I hope that you all like the newest side mission. It is essentially a game of "outrun the police". You start by grabbing a "package" from the Drug Runner, therefore becoming a Drug Smuggler. However of course, the police are onto you straight away and you must outdrive and outsmart them to make it to the Drug Dealer in town to deliver the package. However, you need to run all the way back again to get the cash from the Drug Runner, meaning you'll have to stick your neck out again to get some elusive PERP cash notes! This side mission supports multiple users playing it, so you can compete with each other to see who gets that illustrious max prize of 5000 PERP dollars! (that is the max he can give out to individual players, he has a max wallet size of 35,000 with a random addition of 20-35 dollars every 15 seconds, so the odds of getting a really shitty amount is quite low, but the chance is there...) It holds the same cooldown as the bank does, however it is not for the whole server, meaning that it is only applied to specific players. Personally, I feel this will allow a continuous stream of fun and antics, to see who can keep outrunning the law the longest, which could become an event! It currently has classical choons from the Fallout world, but will expand soon... SKay : Government Officials can now deploy Gas Canisters. They were for some reason considered illegal, even though they were being sold without problems... There is only ever one allowed on the server at any one time (due to the ability of figuring out who killed a poor sod) but are not easily seen as one in the broad daylight. They can look like ordinary citizens but pack heat. Level 1 Hardiness gives you a 1% overall resistance to damage (so it will decrease overall damage dealt by 1%) and Level 10 (because its now 10 levels instead of 8) will give you a 10% overall resistance to damage. For each level increment, you gain 1% worth of damage resistance, enough for you to survive that raid perhaps.
