Kigen: Admins/VIP/Gold are now backed up in case the website is down. Kigen: Reworked taser effects. Note: People no longer rag doll when tased, instead they get "crippled" temporarily. Kigen: Mayor now requires 12 hours of play time. Kigen: Being tased while already tased extends time spent tased (10 seconds from last taser hit). Kigen: Consumables can no longer be physgunned. Kigen: You are notified if you join the server and have a primary weapon. Kigen: You can no longer manipulate items while tased. Kigen: Moderators now have the admin stick. Kigen: Moderators and up can now use OOC and PM while dead. KIgen: Everyone can use /report while dead. Kigen: Fixed the avoidance system. Kigen: Rework penetration depths.
