New Point System - Your Rep and you.

As many of you may have noticed, your rep/gang points have durastically changed.

This is because we have recently merged the two systems (drug points, and rep) into one system (now it's just called rep)

 

Now, because rep was obviously worth significantly less than drug points, we've come up with a formula to balance everything out.

 

This formula IS BALANCED so I don't want to hear any bitching about it, because we can't make everyone happy.

 

So basically what we did:

 

Your new rep = (Your old rep / 3) + (Your gang points * 3)

Your new gang points (Your GANG's points, for example, Al Qaeda's points) = your gang's old points * 3

 

As well, the "total contributed" and "total spent" for you have also been multiplied by 3.

 

 

The cost for EVERYTHING that involves (drug) points OR gang points will be multiplied by 4 (Because they have two sources of income now)

Cost for EVEYRTHING that involves rep (warday, CT buy menu, !fire) will be divided by 3.

 

 

Ways to gang drug points:

  • Picking up drugs will yield 3 times the points.
  • Making it to LR will give your gang 10 points (previously 5)

 

Ways to gain rep from the JB AIO script:

  • Killing a guard will now only yield 1 rep.
  • Hurting a guard will yield 0
  • A lead that makes it to LR will get 2 rep.
  • A Guard killing A REBEL (red) will get 1 rep.

 

 

^ That's basically the system we set up, and as you can tell, it is balanced...

 

Now, that is what SHOULD have happened, if for example calling a warday still costs 25 rep, as opposed to 8, please post here and I'll fix it.

 

 

Edit - Known Issues

  • Sidarius - It still only gives you 5 points for reaching LR, not 10

 

Those known issues will be fixed eventually.

Killing CTs isn't meant to be a source of income. Your main source of income is DRUGS (They do give you 3-9 points per pickup, you know?). Drugs, drugs, drugs. Heroin, crack, weed, cigs and booze.

 

Regardless, more points = easier to buy shit to rebel = less server population. I should start a quote count.

 

^ This. I am NOT going to make Ts even MORE OVERPOWERED. If anything, I will continue to give CTs more advantages. Compare JB now, to JB before drugs, and you'll see a HUGE difference between the win/loss ratio.

Meh, I'm gunna think of something later for coloredname and rebel time, I completely forgot about them tbh.

 

And I could add an extra bonus for killing lead; but I might not do it for a while; this week's really busy for me at school. Everything's due before reading break (saturday)
