You pay 1 refined for a ticket When enough tickets are bought then a random ticket is chosen and there's your winner The problem is most people that do raffles have no accountability and run off with the buy in. I would know it's happened to me. This is why I'm proposing putting a rule on both HG trade servers for No user raffles allowed. Now this doesn't mean HG itself can't hold a raffle. tunafizzle Posted May 18, 2012 Share Posted May 18, 2012 Speaking as non-HG raffle's go..... I've only been to no buy-in raffles (tf2r.com) where there is no real way to scam anyone. But I think under certain circumstances a buy-in raffle wouldn't be bad. Say if its a well known user, or if they are a trader and their sourceop rep could be damaged by not following through. If tf2r, or another site could moderate raffles with a buy-in that'd be dandy. I'd be raffling buds for a one key buy-in all day....for maybe 35 entries required to start drawing 8D But as far as talking strictly for HG, then only HG sponsored or well known/reputable users should be allowed...everyone else i imagine would/could be your guys headaches.
