Papa John Posted May 26, 2012 Share Posted May 26, 2012 Because police are dumb, they don't handle 1 lane traffic, people end up running into each other, all the government officials just sit in the checkpoint (instead of patrolling like they should be), and in general it just doesn't work or make any sense why you would need to have it. Weeman, that is a knee-jerk reaction to a very SEVERE version of roadblocks. I run them all the time and they aren't a cluster fuck like this. BUT only when we are trying to capture a fugitive u are allowed to set up barricades and pylons to stop them from leaving an area.
