Is this against the rules?

Today I was lead in JB, so I said "Hey theres a 50 point bounty on meat, whoever kills meat gets 50 rep." Meat was also a T

Thats not encouraging freekilling, I never said freekill meat. I was warned not to promote that for freekilling.

Next round comes, I said "50 point bounty on Meat aslong as he's a rebel" then I'm kicked.

Thats not promiting fire, and Meats done that to me multiple times. So I'd like to know if it's against the rules or not.

He's been using his powers loosly against me, I don't have enough evidence for an abuse report though.

He did hear what I said though, I was lead, it was the begining of the round, and I gave the entire announcement before he kicked me.

You also missed the part where he told you to stop doing it, you were yelling into the mic about the bounty at the start of every round even if you werent lead or not, and everyone was clearly annoyed by you which was evident at the start of every fire train when you were lead.

You also forgot to mention that the first time YOU did say that, you didnt specify that he had to rebel and Meat was freekilled the first time, the rest of the times you had to make it clear that Meat had to be a rebel.

As much as you can put these disclaimers on it, it is still promoting freekilling. I could kill him and say "Oh he wasn't crouching when you said crouch" or "Oh he was knifing" just for some rep. It encourages poor play and gets people to target one player for no reason.

Even if he isn't freekilled, you're causing drama in the server for no reason. Don't do shit like that.
