Shooting of a prisoner in electric chair is only permitted if derp CT's are blocking the button and refuse to press it. You should press the button to kill the person. You are however permitted to shoot them instead if ANY of these is the case: Can't press the button - Someone is blocking it. They are red/invisible - Rebelling, shoot em. There have been orders given that they can't follow - You can't get on your back bunk if you're not in your cell. He asks to be shot - Yolo. If any of those occur, you can shoot him just by common sense. In the end though what does it matter honestly? You're dead... How you die? Who cares.
