Just wanted to make sure this was responded to and posted in forums for all to see.

What I understood from the conversation with McCain bellow.

Shooting of a prisoner in electric chair is only permitted if derp CT's are blocking the button and refuse to press it.

(ADMINS) -hg- /DEV/NULL The Inmate: are they allowed as CT to shoot someone in electric chair instead of pressing button?

(ADMINS) HG | mccaincracker [A]: if someone's blocking the button

(ADMINS) HG | mccaincracker [A]: if someones blocking it, the button wont work

(ADMINS) HG | mccaincracker [A]: so they can shoot

Can you confirm this...Thanks :)

You're extrapolating a specific case that he is giving the green light for to say it's the ONLY CASE you get the green light. You should press the button to kill the person. You are however permitted to shoot them instead if ANY of these is the case:

Can't press the button - Someone is blocking it.

They are red/invisible - Rebelling, shoot em.

There have been orders given that they can't follow - You can't get on your back bunk if you're not in your cell.

He asks to be shot - Yolo.

If any of those occur, you can shoot him just by common sense. In the end though what does it matter honestly? You're dead... How you die? Who cares.
