Checked the roster, checked his steam id to make sure it wasn't a member using a different name and he was impersonating a [HG] member.

A kick usually works with a reason remove tags you are not in HG.

Edit: Didnt see he was admin, dont kick admins ask them to remove in admin chat.

And right now he removed tags so ban not needed.
