So if u read the thread he bans me permanently expecting me not to post an unban request and sure enough i did, he responds immediately to the thread as if he was looking to see if i post. Once he notices i post an unban he quickly changes it to a 1 week ban and 30 day tlist then closes the thread so it can be swept under the rug.. I mean em i crazy here or does this seem personal... even 1 week ban and 30 day tlist is a bit nuts but ill take it, the dude is always tlisting me (been tlisted 13 times) 5 of those times by him for almost no reason... now i know what ur thinking 13 times?!!??! so what i get a little trigger happy but i serve my time and im usually well behaved. He always loves to mute me for an unreasonable period of time and when i confront him about it he gags me .... so u can understand my frustration with this character i mean i want this seriously reviewed i know hes a council member or w.e that means but dude needs to relax and take it a bit easier its just JB for god sakes. Thanks for your time and i hope justice is done here!

So first you spam music, when a lot of t's were saying to stop. They even insulted you for it. This resulted in a 1 round mute. Then when the lead said to stop spamming, you thought it was funny to spam? Well that explains the 15 round mute. You were spamming before and got asked to stop, well got muted for 1 round because of it, then still wouldn't stop. (that is from the demo in the ban report).

 

The gag is from when you said "ur a huge asshole straight up reddevil" towards reddevil. Sorry buddy you can't get upset over getting muted for spamming. Take the mute and learn not to spam. If you thought it is unjust please get proof and post another abuse report. But note that 15 round mute isn't.

 

The ban is when you killed him just because you were mad. The server doesn't need people that pull that type of crap just because they are butthurt. Now since this wasn't the first time you have done this it was moved to a week ban. It also doesn't matter if he perma you then changed it. Since it was on the day of the change ( not the chase if it was a hour or two hour ban ). This also is with the freekills. Due to your perivious actions you got on the tlist for 30 days.

 

The ban stays, the tlist stays. You deserved all of it and if anyone else been playing with you, you most likely wouldn't be playing in the HG servers do to the problems you cause. Also, Reddevil does a perfect job in jailbreak. He keeps the server free from people that like to SPAM music as a joke, that freekill cause they are upset, and keeps everyone following the rules.

 

What did you learned?

STOP SPAMMING MUSIC. This will stop all of the mutes. When you do spam don't QQ about the mute, you deserved it. If you do rage, expect to get kicked.

STOP FREEKILLING. I get there are accidents, if that is the case kill yourself and say sorry. Yet next time you are tlisted it is perma. You have had way to many chances, so stop freekilling.
