From what the demo shows, Harris was quiet until it was one of our own recruits saying "you mad, fa****?" I don't doubt there was previous behavior that resulted in him being recorded in the first place, but if the issue persisted after warnings were given, more action may have been taken here. In my opinion a better solution would have been to mute him in your player list and avoid confrontation altogether, although his extensive "fa****" name-calling has been noted for any reports in the future.
