First of all, I would like to preface this report by citing this ban request as evidence:

In said ban request, Suicide Doe (the defendant in this situation) claims that since he went back to his house but was not being hit by the server's auto NLR prevent system, he was henceforth not breaking NLR. In the demo that I provided as proof for this report, I went back to the scene where Doe had raided the Power Plant where Rob Stark and I were growing drugs. He successfully killed us both, and I went back to wait out my NLR cooldown. Upon my arrival he shot me multiple times prior to me pulling out a gun, and I should add that he purposefully shot me in the legs in order to disable me.

 

IMPORTANT: I would also like to add that upon successfully breaking into our establishment, he claimed that we were prop-blocking because he couldn't get past the door. Although Rob Stark and I thought we had set up a legal base, we were mistaken and in fact we couldn't get past a certain point. Because of this, Rob Stark moved the props and complied to let Suicide Doe take our drugs because had we not accidentally prop blocked he would have successfully gotten them. Doe, however, then went on to shoot Stark just to throw the icing on the cake.

So confused on what this part of, but upon asking Rizon/ others in teamspeak, this report should be on yourself. You were propblocking, I came in and explained to you that I would reprot it, so you report me. Which, I'm not sure what this report is on. RDM? Either way, you propblocked, not to sure what I did.

There is not enough evidence to impose that NLR was being broken, but he should not have shot at you initially. I will talk to him about that. Also as soon as your fellow gang member pulled his weapon on him he had all the right to open up on you.
