iCreepZz Posted August 7, 2012 Share Posted August 7, 2012 So recently when i try to watch some videos on youtube I can't get any sound AT ALL. When i check the sound mixer and while a video was going on It didn't show the google chrome icon. I can hear sounds from youtube on IE and any other programs on my computer except for Google Chrome. Can anyone help me with this? Or if you are having the same problems and found a solution reply and say how you did this. Original Gangster Posted August 7, 2012 Share Posted August 7, 2012 (edited) Most likely has something to do with Adobe Flash Player. You may be able to fix the problem by going to Chrome's Task Manager (CTRL + SHIFT + ESC) and ending the Shockwave Flash process. Then, refresh YouTube and see if it's working. If that doesn't work then 1. Go to chrome://plugins 2. Click "Details" in the top right 3. Find the latest version of Flash Player and hit disable, leave the older version enabled.
