reason: As soon as i join jailbreak alpha states that he is recording (i assume something is happening) and notice there is someone with the name stated above spamming the radio, apparently it was android who knows the motd. issued a 7 day ban.

proof: The bottom part came before the top part :-x accidently added them in wrong order

okay so wait. you join and see something and then you ban. okay cool. thanks for not knowing any part of the story and doing what 90% of any person with admin does, but hey, you're doing your job and i respect that.

 

anyway, some new admin kept mass muting the t team, unorganized muted people who needed to be, and muted people who didn't needed to be, me being one of them. everyone was muted for about 5 or 6 rounds, some people weren't and those didn't know because he was mass muting so much. i got pretty tired of it because i was the last few on t who didn't die and i died because it was trivia, or i got lr and they wanted to know why i couldn't then i die or freekilled because of impatient cts, ect.

 

so a round later i change my name to see if they would unmute me, another round later i started to spam for them to actually see the name, or at least anyone with common sense would say something about it, guess not. i got banned before i could stop or someone would warn me for it. oh yeah, lol, you want to question me about the motd and no one warned me before banning me? which is, by the way, in the motd.

 

i would've retried in console, but since i've been banned by zcarp so much for 'avoiding mute' i didn't want to take the chance.

You have played on our servers long enough to know the rules. When an admin see's a name like this they have to assume you’re muted for a reason. Spamming the radio is not going to help matters, all it will do is exactly what it did do, and that’s get you banned. A better approach to this situation would be to apologize and then state what happened. You are in HG and you should be setting a good example in our servers.

 

If you are muted, go inside of your console and type “ma_say <message>†(without the quotations. This will send a message to all the admins on the server. Explain the situation and chances are you will be unmuted.

no, i justify the fact that i was muted for no reason and the only way i thought was right, because i'm obviously retarded, is to do that. i didn't say it did and i didn't say it would help me either.

so i have. i have also seen how people get around rules for bans and how even some admins don't even know them, i try to explain and no one listens. well duh,, it gets attention and it was my intention for that to happen. i didn't say it would and it was just my way of showing, and did you read my post? no one warned me and i was afraid of getting banned for avoiding a mute from certain people. as much as i like apologizing for something i didn't do, yes i know i spammed i get it, but i don't appreciate it either. sure thing, but it's pretty hard to do that when 10 others aren't. besides, a being a good example is based on opinion, i can do that to some, when others can hate me.

 

oh i know, i probably know more about admin commands than half the admins i encounter here. also, i did, i also steam chatted 2 people online who are admins to unmute me before i changed my name. it's pretty hard when 43 people are going on in text and voice in a server with whining and killing, with admins who 'can't do everything at once' and is unable to take care of little problems like mine.

First off the server gets enough spam, if i join a game and i see a name like whatever that was and its spamming radio after they were probably muted for spamming mic im going to ban, its based on smart assumptions and by you spamming the radio i had every right, dont be a camping carl.

chances are that if your muted in the first place you were already warned for spamming the mic, why the hell should we rewarn you not to spam radio? we get enough assholes who do that on JB and an HG member doing it is even worse. There are no excuses, if you’re being ignored through admin chat or if an admin didn’t see it try again. Take a screen shot of it for when you come to the forums if you are banned for “evading a mute’

 

How can you say that calling the admins fags and spamming is setting a good example….? Is there something wrong with you?

 

I myself have muted you on quite a few occasions for spamming when asked not to.

your whole post seemed to be null in void since i explained everything in the last 2 posts. did you even read any of it? i said that i wasn't muted for anything, i joined, i played, didn't spam or anything, then got muted for no reason because it was a mass mute. i'm just saying from your post because it's very contradicting because you said i knew the motd, and i do, why didn't you warn me? if you warned me, then unmuted me, i could've explained myself, couldn't i? wouldn't that be another, better yet, a better smart assumption?

i was there when this happen and i do not like android that much but there are some admin that they mass mute and never unmute because they forget about it and i guess it must be pretty annoying getting mute every round just because 1 or 2 ts are spamming. im not saying what he did is right but admins should be more careful LOL i am just saying LOL

You act like it keeps spamming, it’s all at one time. Why not wait 5 or 10 seconds then say it?

 

Get a new keyboard or bind a different key.

 

If you’re banned for no reason, there an abuse report section for that.

 

You mean after being stubborn and arguing when you’re wrong. You were banned for a very good reason, and coming here being stubborn is just going to make the situation worse. When you change your name to "HG | I LIKE BEING MUTED FAGS" how does that make our community look? Our own clan members calling fellow clan members, some of which are admins, "fags". Think about it for a second. If players see you calling them fags, that may encourage some of the less mature people (like yourself) to join in, and again it gives our community a bad name.
