I clicked the link only to jump from that typical .swf of the screaming clown that everyone who has ever been on the internet has likely seen at some point. It is at this moment 10:56 in the morning, far too early for that level of bullshit. Recruits going from channel to channel (by his entering and joining time this is clearly all he ever intended to be in that channel for) to cause problems like this should not be in HG as far as I'm concerned. I went up there, informed him I would be reporting and that he would likely be demoted and all he said was "Wait what did I do wrong now?" Kid's trolling. Ban it.
