If you really expect a change for someone and a chance is given to them, give them a chance. You're showing them you have no hope and all that shows them is that they shouldn't care. I've seen Sia really try to change lately in game and its a big change from what he used to be. I, for one, am going to help and support him. Everywhere. If you treat someone like shit, they will act like shit. We set good examples to follow everyday. Lets keep it going for Sia. Maybe for once we show him we respect him trying to make a change it will happen. I'm doing that and I'm noticing him acting different. I just think it is ridiculous.
