Incident: He ran a round. He had a pretty terrible day (some sort of silly birthday cake event) with Black Ops II and such - next round I ask T's to type 1 if they didnt like spartan and his day and 2 if they like and if so should go back to black ops II - he muted me for 5 rounds stating that it's against the rules to disrespect admins, and if i didn't like it i could protest - so here we are.

Its kinda weird cause you have no proof of what you said and what happen there which lead to that.

I believe it was either excessive promoting fire or excessive spamming over lead. I left the server a few mins later because it was my birthday, and I had cake . Anyway, I honestly don't remember what you did wrong, but i do know you deserved the mute. If you believe what I did was wrong then you have to find a demo.

this was yesterday, not today - so it had nothing to do with promoting fire...

 

As for what i said, it was not excessive spamming over lead. It was exactly what I described above - you were upset that i made a SINGLE comment about your bad day - the logs show everyone typing 1 in agreement, not saying i was spamming, so obviously you are not even thinking of the correct incident.

 

Sidarius and others were there last night - perhaps they can shed light on the incident

 

EDIT: Sidarius told me he wasnt watching when it happened. Oh well. A bunch of other admins were there and as pissed as I was so hopefully they come forward.

See this? This is the point in your report in which you yourself provided evidence that purple's actions were just.

 

Dealing with jailbreak reports is like dealing with disputes at a daycare. "MR. GROWNUP!!! I punched this kid in the face, and he hit me back, but I want him to have a time out and not me!!!"

....yeah that makes literally no sense. The whole point of abuse reports is to point out when people go out of line. spartan was out of line for muting me for five rounds - if you can explain why asking Ts a question about spartan is worthy for 5 rounds then by all means. There's a difference between sucking it up and abusing your ability to mute people. Unless you mean I can mute people for 5 rounds for saying one obnoxious comment, because if that's the case I'll go buy admin right now
