You can't have parts of a skill that scale on parts of another skill (ex: Tryndamere's q scales with his fury), you just lose that part of the skill. Heres my example: (edit)Passive: Vlad's Crimson Pack. I missed this one...thanks to Bluhorse for pointing it out! Q: Sion's Cryptic Gaze. Massive damage...and it's a stun! W: Pantheon's Aegis of Zeonia. Two reasons, 1) Need gap closer 2) More stun plz! E: Jax's Counter-Strike. Take no damage, stun them, get blamed for hacking... Ult: Fiddlestick's Crowstorm. It wrecks their team so hard! (Optional) Role: AP Mid or AP Top. Good scales off Q and Ult...with enough cc to dominate a solo lane. Actually the two champions we designed would have very different uses. His Karthus would likely be for nothing more than his ult. Passive lets his ult come back on CD, Q gathers AP for it, and W is for more penetration on it. E I wouldn't understand too much with that role though. I think Nidalee or Morgana's E would be a bit better for him as far as building into that late game state. My version would instead be more of a get in there, die, and do some ridiculous AP DPS on them. Going with the whole cooldown reduction idea, I thought of this. Skarner's Passive Xin Zhao's Q Irelia's W Katarina's E Olaf or Poppy's Ultimate Ridiculous true damage Auto attack DPS on some bruiser Melee. Along the same idea of CDR, here's a quick easy way to break Karthus. Katarina's Passive (oh boyyyy) Veigar's Q (hint hint, any AP who you are not giving Veigar's Q is going to suck) Leblanc's W Katarina's E (yes two jumps, you will never kill me) Karthus's Ult Farm to 6... start spamming off penta kills.
