It's Republican legislators and governor are certainly racists, but most of the people of Arizona are probably not racist. Especially considering that in 30 years, most of the population will be Hispanic probably. The title of that law alone is racist. It implies that Hispanics cause neighborhoods to be unsafe, which educated people know is not true at all.
