New rules are really unneeded and just ruins gameplay with the 'auto arrest' on shotguns and the others. I understand autos being auto arrest. Cops are just overpowered now, too many changes for nothing. The other things being fixed are just steps to making the server great again. Disliked most of it. You broke the tazer, snow and warrants and you make the server worse by poor admin skills and the new rules are shit. You also put your name on the star warrent thingy that obviously wasnt made by you. *cough* perpx *cough* -1 I don't know why you are personally attacking Kigen when all he is doing is asking about the changelog. You shouldn't be talking to anyone, ESPECIALLY another HG member like that. My brother calls me Captain Butthurt. I personally like the Warrant System, I don't like AOS for guns though. I don't like how over powered autos are now, I liked it when it was all based on timing, like who can get the head shot first when someone is hiding behind a fridge. Snow needs to be fixed however. I also liked the tazer as it was. Also... uh.. please don't hate me for this, but I would be happy if Conkers got admin/developer status back? Just a suggestion.... I also dislike broken legs now and out of stamina, not being able to jump. The shotguns we're also nerfed to not be able to shoot through anything but doors which I HATE. And the sights are messed up for shooting for most automatic guns, it shoots a foot above where you want it to. Although there are a lot of good things as well. Warrant system is good, I personally like it. It makes it so that CERTAIN PEOPLE *cough cough* can't camp Nexus/city and kill cops "just because they can." Like the changes to the shotguns. Although I can't wallbang people by listening to footsteps and using intuition with the same degree of rage inducing fun, I can use pistols again which is fun. Love how an updated version of the rules is actually in the game. People can't use the same old excuse on me anymore. Negatives: Taser seems to never work on cars, especially the newer model ones for some reason. 100% chance to disable would make 99% of the people on our server unhappy, but it's fine since its near impossible atm. Also, I liked watching people ragdoll. Combine the ragdoll + the system we have now, and it will be just gravy. I can't think of any negatives besides the fact that people don't look at the good things and only harp on the bads. You're all like my mother when I get a B- on one test. I use to get worried as hell when i saw the auto disconnect.. that was a major fix kigen thank you. Warrant system is good.. The issues. ( i will explain why as well ) A) Guns in public. I TOTALLY AGREE with AUTOMATICS SHOULD BE AUTO ARREST.. But i think we SHOULD allow shotguns... just because it would save alot of issues with cops being rdm'd. Would also put an end to the punch whoring. just because if some sees a shotgun on their back..common sense will tell you.. they are willing to use it..better not punch him. I've tried the taser.. its been De-energized it seems.. like it lost power. C) HALF AN HOUR BETWEEN RAIDS...should be dropped to no more then 15-20 min.. ( UNLESS ) the raiders used molly. just because it takes time to get the fire out.. 15-20 min is MORE then enough time get a batch in and fix the base. D) allow people to use phyz gun for seeds.. makes growing ALOT easier and faster. Thank you Kigen,Skreech,Rizon and Mark for keeping up with updates.. I know there are changes Many don't agree with...But i believe that WE ALL can help tweak and fine tune the perp server with a positive attitude and sharing / using information on what works and what Doesn't.. As seen in real life people are able to resist the tasers effect. It simply has the effect of locking up some muscles. While there can be some tweaking I don't want to make it as overpowered as it was. The current problem is actually the hand cuffs. In the game you basically have to get someone right dead center in front of you in order to hand cuff them. I feel this needs tweaking. One thing that many people would like to see and would benefit for the better of anyone is performance enehancement, for example having fires less laggy was an amaizing update. Some things could be optimized or removed such as rain, snow, the way props are handled and other such things. The warrant system is nice but the tazer basically sucks and so do the handcuffs. And I'm just saying, we paid the $10 (or $15) for the phys gun (and other stuff, I know!), we should get the benefit of moving consumables. In my opinion...
