Oh look @ these:

http://www.gunsandcrime.org/ Oh look another "pro-gun" website. As you call it.

http://www.csgv.org/ I don't think the "Colition to Stop Gun Violence" actually provided me with any useful information.

http://nyagv.org/ Same as above just for New York.

http://faithsagainstgunviolence.org/ Same as above again just trying to use people's religion to push it.

http://www.heedinggo...t/pfctoolkit-10 Oh, a site that pull "statistics" out of their ass. The site says 30,000 people died by firearms every year but in 2011 the FBI reported only 8,583 died by firearms. They must be confusing traffic fatalities with gun deaths. As there was 32,367 traffic fatalities in 2011.

How about you check the websites your posting before you post them and make sure they properly cite where they get their information.

Motor vehicle fatalities: https://en.wikipedia...in_U.S._by_year

And I'm sure you can "Google" for the FBI's website.

As the first website you posted says:

This site is for people who care enough about violence, life, death, liberty and slavery to put in the effort to get the facts about guns—and then understand those facts. If you don't care enough to learn, please have the decency to avoid doing things that might eliminate the ability of others to protect themselves, their families, their neighbors, and you—or might steal the liberty of our descendants.

And, oh look, in 2011, 9,878 people died by drunk drivers (more than were killed by all firearms in 2011). Source: http://www-nrd.nhtsa...Pubs/811699.pdf

Where is the out-cry over that?

In 2011 only 679 were killed by all long guns (includes the so-called "assault weapons" as long guns are basically all guns that aren't pistols). Source: FBI UCR

To me, my rights as a citizen of this country are at stake in such debates. I feel its important to counter-act the anti-gun movement. As Sen. Feinstein said in '94 she wants ALL guns. The AWB is just a stepping stone to her.

Also its fun to educate people with REAL facts. And not that bullshit the media shovels.

Oh god get off the horse already, your not going to go storm the White House guns blazing anytime soon similarly to your not going to be shooting any intruders with your semi-automatic rifle. The real facts are guns kill people because they are used by people, and them be the breaks.

I guess its obvious you no longer want to have a constructive debate. Obviously I said nothing about storming the White House. If a freedom is lost then it will be lost forever. Free speech and press create conflicts too, its all about the manner in which you use the freedoms you have.

Use your freedoms wisely, as they maybe stripped in the future for the interest of "safety."
