Palmer Posted January 27, 2013 Share Posted January 27, 2013 I have recently realized that you cannot play on this server if you are not part of Necessary Evil. It's a shame that no one stands a change when you are trying to make cash YOU CANT! You try to grow or try to base they all come raid you . I love this server but I can't play, when I lose money all day. I lost 80k today and lots more in the past you should add more time in between raids. I'd defend a raid and then 5-10 minutes later i have another one knocking at my door. For the longest time I never went above 100k cash. Puppymew Posted January 27, 2013 Share Posted January 27, 2013 Here's what you should do. Get Counter Strike, play that and get better at it, or any FPS shooter for an example. TAKE COVER. Pretend you're getting shot at in real life. Time your shots, take deep breaths, panic will only get you killed. Most of all, JOIN A GANG. Even if the best you can get is one of those starter gangs with little kids in it, as long as they aren't idiots or rule breakers you can get a name for yourself out there PLUS you got some backup when the raiders come. Now with the "can't shoot unarmed people during raids" If you see it's one you can't win, put away your gun. Say "I give up!" Crouch in a corner and face away, they shouldn't really shoot you, but if they do at least that's more money lost due to the gun being stolen off of your dead body. Plus play as a cop/swat you can see how players fight. For example, let's say your fighting someone who jumps and shoots at you, Take your time, get behind cover, I learned this from Gangster Squad. Sergeant Gage Posted January 27, 2013 Share Posted January 27, 2013 (edited) I will admit NE does make it tough, especially when you are just starting out but that's part of the fun. It encourages and pushes you to become a better player and hopefully find an ORG to join. You may get ur ass handed to you 1,000 times by NE but that one time you fight their raid off it feels damn good! They also help people out though the first person to help me out in the server was Verkoh, he explained everything and helped me figure the growing/basing/raiding aspect of the game out. When I'm raiding you my finger never comes off the shift key and my space bar gets abused. Just be smart. I don't raid anywhere as much as I used to, but when I do most of the people I kill I either take them by surprise (which I shouldn't be doing, always be aware of your surroundings and where people are) or I'm sprinting around shooting at static targets. Barricades are great, but if I'm running in and getting past them, don't sit by your barricades anymore. It's just going to get you killed. Be mobile like I am. If you know you're out numbered and going to die, pick your drugs early and try and save as much of your money as you can. No shame in trying not to go broke. Also just buy something in the city, get an alarm, and you will have the entire police force to help you out. You just made an attack against admins/mods who do a hell of a lot more work then you'll ever do for that fucking server. Yes, there are biases. Get over it. Our admins and mods sacrifice gameplay time and time having fun to keep people who DESERVE to be banned/blacklisted off the server. If you have an issue with admins/mods being biased, get proof and talk to mark or Rizon, otherwise you can stop playing or don't whine and play.
