However, we welcome hackers back as long as they don't hack? Just want a bit of an explanation on why people who have the worst offense (in my book) back but not someone who rdmed 2 people or exploited for the game come back under a new steamid for the duration of their ban. While hacking they only get one chance and they cant be unbanned so they are welcome with new steam id with another chance.
