Why? Do you not believe in democracy and a just court system?

So... you're suggesting that the woman who was accused of drowning her child (and clearly should have been convicted) is not guilty? Look at the evidence. Mistrial imo.

Luckily we don't go by proponderance of evidence for criminal trials. It was beyond reasonable doubt, and this she was acquitted. Does that mean she didn't do it? No. It means the prosecutors couldn't prove she did it. For reasons why, google Abraham Blumberg and the judicial "confidence game." It's eye opening stuff.

I am not saying she was guilty or not, all I am saying is that she was found not guilty by there being a lack of evidence. So to contort that she should be anything but free, shows either a lack of belief in our judicial system being just, or ignorance in that system.

Also, media has a funny way to make you think someone is guilty huh?
