I went to them about a game that wasn't working and they said go talk to the game owners. I talked to the game owners and they said its steam so I talked to steam and they said to verify my integrity. All this spanned about 3 months and I still can't play the game I want

Needed to get a refund for a game (Battlefield 2: Bad Company).

 

It took me about 3-4 business days to convince them to refund me and the effect was after a restart of Steam.

 

That was about 2 years ago so maybe things have gone a different way :P

Took forever to respond when I had actual problems with games, finally sorted after like 3-7 days each time.

 

When I lost my account to a "friend" phishing it I got it back within 2 hours of talking to steam support, had all my credit card info and proof of purchases ready so that helped i guess.

 

5/10 wouldnt bang steam support
