Console T-List (Or Why I Would Like Mine Revoked)

So before, I was leading in CS:GO Jailbreak, and there were a bunch of newer players. I gave an order for all Ts to walk to the 1st archway connected to blue room, but they all charged past the 2nd archway.

 

I instinctively shot them all, but this ended up causing the console T-list to occur. Sadly, I do not have evidence, because I simply do not know how to get it, and there are only a few players who could vouch for my word. I think that user Kelvin_FJJ is the only person that I think saw what had happened. (I don't remember the rest) I have also consulted user and admin PoopMaster, who did not see the event occur.

 

Understand that this is my first T-list (If you count out the time I was temp-locked for 18 rounds when I had first started) and this will be a real inconvenience for me.

 

If someone could offer support, it would be appreciated.
