Servo
1. Abuser name: [HG] youthedog 2. Their Steam Id: STEAM_0:0:33306131 3. What server:[HG] JAILBREAK #1 - HeLLsGamers.com | 30+ LR's | FastDL | Hats | Store 4. About what time: 9:15 PM EST 5. PROOF: Attached CTs.dem video [HG] youthedog warned that talking over lead will get a 5 round mute. The lead wasn't talking and a T asked a question on mic. He talked for no longer than three or four seconds. The warden started talking while he asked the question, and youthedog muted him for five rounds. I think muting for talking over lead can be necessary, but it's only worth doing if someone is disregarding the fact that warden is talking and is saying things that can be described as either spamming or pointless to say (like insisting that we do wipeout when warden says we're doing duck hunt), or deliberately talking over warden. Worse, youthedog had an attitude about it. He didn't care. Admins don't need to be like this. We have the power to mute people if it comes to it. Youthedog didn't mute several people who later did almost the exact same thing that the guy he muted did, so clearly he understands that muting someone for such a small infraction isn't necessary. We can show restraint and enforce the rules. If the guy he muted had kept talking after he asked his question, kept trying to get warden's attention, insisted he be answered, and so on, then a 5 round mute would have been fair. But this has nothing to do with stopping the guy from talking. It had to do with youthedog throwing his weight around. A server can have its rules enforced perfectly adequately without this. cts.dem
youthedog
Considering there were also previous warnings in other rounds from me, I'd say it's fair including the fact that I warned them twice right before he did it. RedDevil6193
1 he did gave alot warnings. 2 he talked over him twice. 3 he could have used chat. 4 stop making abuse threads for little things(saying that after watching you arguing in chat). 5 dont turn abuse reports into the tlist reports you make for 1fk.(means calm down, not everything that you think its abuse needs to be reported.)
