CLE_Christopher Walken
Through massive googling efforts I can't find how to do this, (only for linux bleh) I'm running my OS off of my SSD and a few games, everything else runs off of my 250gb secondary HD. How do I make my demos save there?
youthedog
They save to your game directory so you'd have to move your game install there, otherwise you have to manually move them.
DeathShot
They save to your game directory so you'd have to move your game install there, otherwise you have to manually move them. If you just want to save copies of the demos you can just move them over like dog said. If you want you can move your whole game over there, yet I'm not sure how much of a difference that'd make, and if it would be troublesome to do. mccaincracker
demos aren't too big, I'd suggest keeping your game on your SSD and every few weeks copy the demos over to your other harddrive in an archive folder or delete them if you don't need/want them
enigma#
Yes, there is a way to do it. Just create a windows batch file to copy the files to a new directory then schedule it (via Task Scheduler) to run every month or year or whatever and voila, you're set to go
