Make sure there werent any drivers in the box, and check google or the turtlebeach website and see if there are any drivers for them. If not, it could be a few different things. Quote Link to comment

Sonick Posted May 11, 2013 Share Posted May 11, 2013 I made you a pic below. Right click your volume control in the lower right of the screen. Click on Recording Devices. Highlight your headset mic and click Properties. Go to the Advanced tab and set the quality to Tape Recorder. It may reset itself a couple times but this worked for me. 1 Quote Link to comment
