Runda20
Why doesn't the Strat division have a fairly active advisor/Leader? There are members in the division its not inactive, I mean come on it has more people than the DayZ Division and they have an advisor (no offence Pilpest) No offence to anyone .-. jajolt
Strategy doesn't need staff because it doesn't have the things that only an advisor+ has access to, for example, strategy doesn't get ban requests on HGbans. Strategy also doesn't have servers that need moderation. So as mark said, you have 2 things left. Both of which are tasks that can be done by its own members events, and if they think it will be big they can ask a staff member to get it on the calendar, and recruiting, which can run like the minecraft division, I believe any advisor can complete those apps (correct me if I'm wrong, but I've seen CS:S do MC apps). Members can always refer people to apply for recruit, you know. Also, strategy lacks the potential to get a new dA, I haven't seen anything out of strat for a hell of a long time. I'm sure if you could prove to our upper management that strategy does have that potential, by spending a long time proving its worth and showing how it can grow, having member hosted events and all that, they will decide that it's worth dedicating staff into the division. It starts with you.
Runda20
I want to hear it from someone that is in uM or Council, not an dA. Don't try "They have no servers" MMO has no servers, and if you say " they have guilds to look after" I have Ranked teams in League to look after. Strat is the same as every other division, we can also say L4D2 can be strat, you know keeping team mates and yourself alive moving as a team ect. Also, there is nobody left in the Minecraft division. MMO and DayZ don't have events anymore they have no need to, why does strat? all everyone is saying is Strat is a shit division with no reason for leadership to represent them, and if its ran by members then we should be allowed in Leadership meetings to represent our division, should we not?

envisioN .
Strategy Division has the problem that it is split between two main games, Starcraft 2 and League of Legends. SC2 doesn't really have enough people who are active enough to participate in events (I've set up 2 tournaments and a few events just to have ~3 other people show up). I haven't given much thought to running a LoL event because tournaments are super time consuming and its hard to get everyone to stick around. I'll admit I haven't been super active on TS, but I have been online on Steam & LoL. And I haven't been able to attend leadership meetings because I'm doing other things and because it wasn't appealing to me to sit for 2 hours listening to things I don't care about in other divisions just to talk for 2 minutes and get told to do events. I'm not sure why Strategy doesn't have a Division Leader though, I can't be because I'm going to college in a few months and wont be active, but it we do need one to set up meetings, events, etc.
