Server Connection Issues

Hi,

 

I have noticed very high ping on HG servers since yesterday afternoon as I was wondering if there are any known problems at the backend. I have run several tests on my network/router and everything seems to be okay. I also contacted my ISP with logs from WinMTR doing a traceroute and they have suggested that it may be an internal issue with the server/datacenter where it is hosted in Dallas. Can an admin please look into the issue as it is almost impossible to play on the servers as of yesterday. Thanks

 

P.S. I was unsure of what area to post this but if a mod/admin can move it to the correct section, it would be appreciated.
