Medkit + Boosts

Medkit, Quick, Surged, Tough. I use this setup almost 100% of the time when I'm not cading. I frequently run and gun and there's nothing more useful than being faster than the other guys when your'e all being chased by zombies. It also allows you to take 4 wraith hits instead of 3, which I've found to be useful. The medkit explains itself, best item to start with for run and gun.

Arsenal + Medkit/Hammer

For when I'm cading. If I'm staying in a cade the entire time i'll pick hammer, If I'm not the primary cader or outside i'll pick medkit. I can just buy a hammer if I'm not cading right from the start.

When I'm doing niche maps I sometimes use different setups, but those two are 90% of my loadouts.

I have 3

1. both crates, speed, and some debuffs (clumsy keeps the game a little more edge of the seat for me) :)

2. All speed/ health buff + resist or medkit then I buy a good weapon

3. speed and health buff + ammo for the weapon I plan to use

Default:

-medkit

-knife

-quick + surged perks

-stone

When I get ammo:

-2 ammo boxes

-3 ammo boxes

-medkit

-speed perks

Once in a blue moon when I actually decide to deal with cading:

-arsenal

-medkit

or

-resupply

-Speed perks

(I rarely ever buy a katana. Katanas are for noobs.)

(Thunder sh. Knife > Katana)

If i'm gonna try cading, Hammer + Arsenal, may vary to turret.

On OBJ maps is mostly all HP + Speed perks + SMG ammo, then i buy a UZI and a Knife.

If i'm gonna be on a map where i can potentially make profit via guns, i get Surgeon perk + Medkit and medkit power, i stock up on points by healing the people staying too close to the zombies, then i buy some big gun like the Impaler. When i'm not shooting i heal people. This way i can cover up for all the point loss of the Impaler if i have not done much profit with it.
