Dayz is also a demanding game, you may need a mid range gpu to run it properly. You probably got 64 from the os. If it has an I 3 you can probably get away with a new psu and gpu. The GPU would have to be no greater then a gtx 650 or 750. Anymore then that will cause a bottleneck if the PC is the i3 version. The I 5 can probably support a better one. With doing those two things you could probably run bf4 at medium to high. So, to answer your question, you can add a new GFX card to this board without upgrade, and it should be able to play most games at a decent FPS. As far as cards go, what is your price range? have a look here: http://www.newegg.co...bCategory/ID-48 You could spend $50-$500 and most games would run, just not at the best settings. Edit 2: As was mentioned, you probably have a 300W PSU, so it will need an upgrade, unless you go low-end on your GPU. Also you may have to upgrade the power supply if your stock one can't handle a GPU upgrade since OEM power supply are known to be shitty and overrated but you can get a Corsair CX430 for pretty cheap which should be able to run any build fine outside of SLI This is the one i'm selling http://www.newegg.co...N82E16814130825 When you're buying last generation stuff which is basically anything 6xx series youre better off buying USED Evga from someone you trust since its better to invest into newer generation items. For example the 760 is basically a rebranded 670 now yet the 670 are still 300+ on newegg yet the 760 is only around 250. Newegg banks off of uninformed consumers by making them think the higher the price the better the buy even though its last generation stuff. EVGA warranty is usually lifetime and is transferable so its the only brand I recommend buying used.
